• Advises on budgetary provision and procurement of all ICT-related equipment
• Manages the automation and computerisation of government business and administrative processes
• Monitors, maintains, repairs and upgrades all ICT-related software, hardware and network infrastructure

The unit is working toward broader digitisation of council records and services, building the technical foundation for more of the site's forms and processes to move from email-based submission to full online processing.
