The Department of Budgets, Planning & Statistics serves as the engine room for strategic planning, fiscal policy formulation, and performance monitoring within Ikorodu North LCDA.

Its core function is to coordinate the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the council’s annual budget, ensuring that all projects and programs align with the development priorities of the local government and the broader Lagos State development agenda. • Coordinating the formulation of the council’s annual budget
